Following extensive research, IBC is committed to supporting the media and broadcast industry by fostering skills development, talent growth, and career advancement. Recognizing the importance of attracting and retaining a diverse workforce, IBC launched a series of dedicated sessions focused on empowering professionals and addressing key skills needs within the industry.
In collaboration with key stakeholders, partners, and the IBC owners, these free-to-attend sessions explored the benefits of partnerships and mentoring, shared best practices for promoting the industry to the next generation, and discussed strategies to enhance engagement across all levels. Pictures for People is a unique production company with a powerful mission: they recruit unemployed and disadvantaged young people, providing them with hands-on experience in creating high-quality content across various formats, from commercials to live streams. By collaborating with IBC2024, they helped us shine a light on the future talent that will drive our industry forward.
