Outside space is exactly as it sounds – space outside of the exhibition halls right, perfect for displaying outside broadcast vehicles, mobile satellites, drones or exhibits requiring an outside environment. The Outside Exhibit area is for exhibits of an outdoor nature. This would include vehicles satellites generators or other items that cannot be brought inside or function inside for demo purposes.
Outside exhibits are permitted to have a welcome area within their stand space which can occupy a maximum of 30% of your total Outside Exhibit area.
If you require a larger welcome area, please contact the Account Manager to discus the purpose and options here. Please note there is a surcharge for a welcome area / tent area that supersedes the 30% maximum allowance.

With a shell scheme, you are getting a pre-built space that requires minimal customisation. Perfect if you need to turn-up-and-show in the shortest time possible without any hassle. The package provides a shell – walls, carpet, spotlights and power socket – creating the perfect base for you to add as necessary. IBC strongly condemns the unprovoked invasion of the Ukraine by Russia and hopes for a resolution as soon as possible.
Media Technology is being used by the Russian Government to support the invasion and IBC stands alongside the IABM and the Support for Ukrainian Media Professionals group in condemning this activity in the strongest possible way.
IBC will continue to ban all Russian and Belarussian based Exhibitors – those with an HQ and/or billing address in Russia or Belarus until further notice. As part of this policy, IBC reserves the right to request a Trade Extract from companies that demonstrates formation outside of Russia/ Belarus prior to February 2022.
