IBC Exhibition Stand Design Awards

The IBC Exhibition Stand Design Awards celebrate the very best among the many visually striking, enticing and accessible stands across the IBC Show.

The Awards are free to enter. All IBC Show stand holders are automatically entered and their stands are  judged on the first days of the IBC  2025 Show.

The aim of the Awards is to encourage and celebrate effective, meaningful stand design for the benefit of exhibitors and visitors alike.

The Awards are presented for four categories based on size: Best Larger Design Stands over 100sqm; Best Medium Design Stands up-to 100sqm; Best Small Design Stands under 20sqm.

In addition, the Judges Innovation Award is awarded for a stand design of any size with a particularly innovative idea.

The Stand Design Award winners for 2025

Smallest Stands (below 20sqm) 

Won by: Squared Paper, Hall 8, stand A98

Good use of space with meeting area and reception desk. Brand consistency from shirts to wallpaper. Team effort for a small business.

Mid-Sized Stands (up to 100sqm)

Won by: Shenzen HOHEM Technology Co Ltd, Hall 12, stand G70

Hohem won Best Booth Design for the medium category for its clean, modern look and fun, interactive setup. Visitors could easily explore and experience their gimbal technology in action, making the booth engaging and memorable.

Larger Stands (over 100sqm) 

Won by: SIGMA, Hall 12, Stand F55
In the often overwhelming environment of IBC, SIGMA's booth stands out as an oasis on the show floor. Its elegant, minimalist design and thoughtful product display speak to a brand rooted in precision, quality, and excellence - proudly made in Japan. 

Innovation

Won by: Shure, Hall 8, Stand C32

100 year anniversary rebrand two years ago makes it a very eye catching immersive experience with audio innovations capturing, immersive experience with audio innovations capturing sound from on booth basketball. Sustainability for reuse of furniture at different trade shows. Fabric from walls to be recycled for marketing merchandise.
