New Sustainable Initiatives ♻️
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of a live show, IBC will no longer provide complimentary airport shuttle services from IBC2025. Dutch Rail (NS) offers quick, cheap and regular trains from Schiphol to the RAI Station, and tickets can be purchased at the airport.
Underscoring our commitment to sustainability, all IBC2025 badges will include an integrated GVB QR code for trams, buses, and metro!
Providing frictionless access to the city’s GVB public transport network and eliminating the need for non-recyclable ticket printing, you will be able to move seamlessly between the RAI and central Amsterdam, simply by scanning the QR code on your pass!

IBC2025 Mobile App
The mobile app gives you the functionality to view and book meetings with exhibitors before the show. You can also check out the session agenda and customise your schedule, as well as being able to view the interactive floor plan.
This will help you navigate your way around the exhibitions when you are onsite and get around easily.
During IBC Show days, Schiphol Airport gets very busy. Please download the Schiphol app, which shows flight departures, delays and waiting times at security. You will also be able to prebook a security check slot.

Arriving by Train – You can collect your Badge in the Iamsterdam store at Amsterdam Central Station. We have 7 offsite collection points in total, these include:

Make your way to Entrance G at the RAI where you can pick up your IBC Delegate badge. Registration will be open from 14:00 on Thursday, 11 September.
At the RAI - You can also pick up your badge onsite at the RAI from the above location points.

Please note: At IBC we treat people with respect, and we expect everyone to follow our Code of Conduct. IBC provides all our attendees with a professional, safe, positive and harassment-free environment and experience during the show. Anyone not following our rules or behaving unacceptably will be asked to stop doing so immediately and may be removed from the event.
If you would like to report a complaint, please email codeofconduct@ibc.org or do so in person at the IBC Help Desk, outside the Holland Lounge (above Entrance C).
