RAI Hotel Services is the official agent offering hotel accommodation for IBC2025 attendees and exhibitors at special event rates. RAI Hotel Services have negotiated discounted rates with many hotels for IBC2025.

To request rooms for IBC2025 (if you have not done so already), please fill out the booking form which can be downloaded HERE. Please return the completed form to hotelservices@rai.nl before the 1st of November 2024 for your request to be handled with priority! Requests received after the 1st of November 2024 will be processed later. If you are not sure which hotel you prefer for IBC2025, please contact RAI Hotel Services to advise them on your preferences (location, star rating, budget).

By booking through RAI Hotel Services, you benefit from special event rates, a wide selection of hotels and no administration fees or hidden charges. Furthermore, there are no minimum stay restrictions when you book through RAI Hotel Services.
