Where should the industry be looking to grow a sustainable pipeline of talent? This session explores the work being done to expand the diversity of talent in the media space to support professionals in underrepresented areas including mid-late career groups, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, and neurodivergent talent. The session will also cover retention and the challenges that the media community faces in holding on to the talent it attracts.
