Shariat Hussain

Shariat is a computer scientist and UI/UX designer from Pakistan and has recently joined the Institute of Science and Technology Austria as a Scientific Researcher. She is one of WIITs (Women in Immersive Technologies)Young Bad*ss program participants. Endlessly curious about how things work and how they could work better, she spends her days exploring unconventional questions in science, sketching ideas that rarely make sense until they suddenly do. Her passion lies in bridging research and design to make technology feel more human and intuitive. If she’s not buried in prototyping or user testing, she’s likely chasing a strange thought just to see where it leads. At IBC, expect playful problem-solving and a human-centred take on the future of tech.
