Armelle Canet

A professional with over 20 years of experience in the broadcast industry, Armelle started her career for Amaury Sport Organisation, the organiser of the Tour de France and Dakar Rally. She then took on the IBC production management at the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™. After working for UEFA and FIFA, she rejoined HBS as the head of the Legacy department and Broadcast Academy in 2022. In this role, she is overseeing all the company’s initiatives to train and upskill sport broadcast professionals, scout and mentor young talents and develop programmes to bolster diversity in the industry. She is also very proud to mentor young professionals with #GALSNGEAR.
