Sam Fray

Sam Fray is the founder of Black People in Sports Broadcasting (BPSB), a community interest company increasing Black representation behind the camera in sports broadcasting, branded content, and live production. A CTI Leadership Graduate and coach, she drives equity-focused talent development, training, and partnerships, creating long-term pathways for underrepresented creatives in media and technology.
