IBC Talent Programme

This session offers showcases from some of the innovative projects taking place across the media and entertainment space that pairs emerging talent with established media organisations to collaborate on real-world productions. In session one, Carrie Wootten outlines the plans and ambitions for On Air: the biggest global student broadcast ever. She will explain why this project is critical for the future of the industry and why it has resonated so much with industry partners across the sector.

In our second session, Armelle Canet presents the HBS intern programme being rolled out for next year's big sports event. Since the creation of the programme, the purpose has been to give students the opportunity to discover the sport broadcast environment on site, get an experience in line with their studies, and meet and work alongside broadcast professionals in real-world production environments.
