Hélène Rauby Matta

Hélène is a Business Development Manager for EBU Academy, the learning & development arm of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
With a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Sciences Po Paris, Hélène brings over 20 years of experience in designing and managing training programs for media professionals. Throughout her career, she has focused on fostering transversal collaboration, connecting technologists, creatives, and strategists in cross-functional projects and communities of practice. Most recently, she has been actively involved in developing the EBU Academy’s School of AI, equipping media professionals with essential skills and understanding in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
