‘Pioneering, distinctive, and innovative’, Kim is Chair of the Royal Television Society Technology Centre, a Trustee and Board Member for UN Women UK, Chair of the APPG on Equitable Governance Business Board, and a trustee of Working Chance, the UK's only employment charity for women with convictions. Additionally, Kim sits on the Global Advisory Board for grassroots community charity In Place of War and is on the Industry Advisory Board for the Media Trust. Kim is a proud ambassador and podcast host for the Women of the Future Programme which provides a platform for the progression of women across diverse sectors and countries.
