Maryam Tse is the Vice President of R&D at Ross Video, a global leader in live production solutions for the broadcast and media industries. She plays a key leadership role within Ross’s global engineering organisation, which is responsible for the development and delivery of cutting-edge media technologies across software, hardware, and cloud platforms.

Her career spans more than two decades in software and hardware development, product architecture, and engineering management, including senior leadership roles in telecommunications and media technology organisations with international teams and suppliers.

Maryam is committed to building sustainable and diverse talent pipelines in the technology sector. She has co-founded professional networks for women in engineering and continues to mentor emerging technical leaders through industry and community programmes.
