For IBC’s Pandemic Cancellation Policy, if IBC were to cancel under clause 12.1.2 of our Terms of Sale, we will refund the pre-paid Fee less any reasonable costs incurred in accordance with our existing Terms of Sale (as updated from time to time, provided we notify you by email or in writing). Client will not be entitled to claim any form of costs or damages incurred.
