Outside Exhibits (OE) Exhibitors requiring an extra day's build are allowed to move into their allocated space from 08:00 on Wednesday 11 September.

There are significant advantages in applying for early access as unloading is easier and more efficient. This form must be completed and submitted in time to allow IBC to plan the build-up schedule accordingly.
