Victor Marti

Víctor Martí holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Studies. He began his career at Danone in Supply Chain before transitioning to the entertainment industry, founding a production company that didn't work as expected but let him discover the post-production world during the shift from analogue to digital. In 2009, he founded Postflow, leading the post-production of over 30 international films and series. In 2018, he joined Netflix as Post-Production Director for Spain and Portugal, elevating industry standards and launching the company’s first self-managed post facility in Madrid. Since April 2024, as Head of Production, he oversees Production, Post, VFX, and Safety for all local Netflix content.
