Ranjena is a Lead Project Manager at Channel 4, bringing over 20 years of experience in the media and broadcasting industry. She leads high-impact transformation projects that drive digital growth and unlock new revenue opportunities. Her expertise spans broadcast systems, digital media, workflow optimisation, process design, and complex change management.
In addition to her core role, Ranjena co-chairs 4Earth, Channel 4’s sustainability network—a volunteer-led group dedicated to promoting climate action and raising environmental awareness across the organisation.
