Oliver Lietz

Oliver Lietz founded nanocosmos in 1998 with a strong background in video R&D for video/audio coding and streaming for the broadcast industry. Since then he has been focussing on developing solutions that integrate video technology into custom business applications. With the invention of the patented H5Live technology for low latency live streaming, now part of nanoStream Cloud, Oliver laid the grounds for solving critical challenges customers face dealing with interactive live streaming. As the CEO of nanocosmos, Oliver builds strong trustful long-term relationships with customers and utilizes 20 years of video and audio expertise enabling interactive live streaming with ultra-low latency for businesses. Oliver is also working in research cooperations with institutes and universities like FHG (Fraunhofer Gesellschaft) and BHT (Berliner Hochschule für Technik) to consult and collaborate in areas relevant to video/audio coding and streaming.
