Empowering the Future: IBC Launches Initiative to Drive Talent Development and Industry Growth. This new programme was free to attend for all IBC attendees and exhibitors on Monday 16th September in the Showcase Theatre in Hall 8.

Following extensive research, IBC is committed to supporting the media and broadcast industry by fostering skills development, talent growth, and career advancement. Recognizing the importance of attracting and retaining a diverse workforce, IBC launched a series of dedicated sessions focused on empowering professionals and addressing key skills needs within the industry.

In collaboration with key stakeholders, partners, and the IBC owners, these sessions explored the benefits of partnerships and mentoring, shared best practices for promoting the industry to the next generation, and discussed strategies to enhance engagement across all levels.
