If you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, you can take the Metro 52 (travelling time 8 minutes, in the direction Zuid/South) and get off at Europaplein stop. Metro 52 stops right in front of the RAI and it is the quickest way to travel between the RAI and central Amsterdam.

Route Planner

There are two tram stations close to the RAI - Amsterdam RAI Station or RAI Europaplein. Sneltram/Metro 51 travels via west side of Amsterdam and Tram 4 travels through the mid and east side of Amsterdam, is all above ground and is a more scenic route.

NS station Amsterdam RAI is located only 300 meters from the RAI and has regular connections to all parts of the Netherlands, like Schiphol airport, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and is also linked to the international train network.
