Having worked in the industry for over 18 years firstly as a freelancer, Cara then moved to work for several facilities. As Head of Post Production & VFX she facilitated the UK/Europe merger between ‘MFX’ and ‘U-Media creating the UK arm of U-Media, ‘UFX’ to utilize the valuable production tax benefits available in Europe.

Following that Cara then went to work for ‘Goldcrest Post Production’ as the Head of Post Production where she installed the first DI theatre in what was up to that point purely a sound facility. Then moving to Sky to coordinate the launch of SKY 3D creating a workflow, technical standards for production and to support content makers for Sky. After the launch Sky 3D, Cara similarly assisted for the launch of ‘Sky Q’, Sky’s UHD service and started the development of the next technically innovative workflow for HDR.

Cara was then head hunted by Warner Bros. to head up their UK facility at the beginning of 2017 to expand and technically develop the business and to secure its future in Soho where they’re currently building a brand new 28,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility to open in 2021.

WB De Lane Lea based in Soho, London, provides state of the art facilities for post-production for feature films and television. The facilities include two 4K HDR grading theatres, flame online facilities, four networked dubbing theatres with Dolby Atmos, ADR Facilities, preview theatre and 56 cutting rooms in the heart of Soho. The state of the art facilities and talented staff allow De Lane Lea to finish television and feature films to extraordinary levels of detail and creativity.
