IBC Technical Papers present original, novel research on solutions to real-world problems faced by the international broadcast and digital media industry, and are non-commercial (Tech Paper Guidelines). They can be about any relevant industry topic, but we encourage submissions on the topics that are of most current interest to the IBC audience.
The first step is submitting a 300-word synopsis before the end of Monday 8th February. All submissions are peer reviewed by a committee of independent industry experts. Successful authors are then invited to submit a full Technical Paper in May for further peer review, with successful papers presented at the IBC Conference in September.
