Saleha Williams is an international digital director with over 25 years’ senior management experience in the media and entertainment sector. Based out of London, LA, New York, Singapore, Paris, Munich and Amsterdam, working for companies including the BBC, Sky, News International, BT, Siemens and London 2012 Olympics, Saleha has grown and managed client accounts and industry partnerships, leading and driving multinational digital programmes and teams for broadcasters, film studios and content and media companies across the world.
A popular Ted Style presenter, Saleha has produced, presented and debated digital media thought leadership content on a global basis and interviewed over 500 industry CxOs at NAB Show Las Vegas & New York, IBC Amsterdam, BVE London, MWC Barcelona, CabSat Dubai, CES Sao Paulo, GIX Shanghai, and Broadcast Asia Singapore.
With a passion for mentoring, Saleha was chosen to lead, drive and manage the 'London 2012 Olympics Inspire Programme' a D&I audience engagement programme involving over 2 million young people across the UK on behalf of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and UK Gov department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS). She has given motivational speeches alongside HRH Duke Of Edinburgh at St James Palace in London and is passionate about championing and encouraging D&I awareness across the media and entertainment industry globally.
Her MBA is from one of Europe’s top business schools, focused on global digital media transformation and monetization, with additional electives in product innovation and intercultural management. She also has a MSC (Masters of Science) in Positive Psychology from Cambridge ARU, where she specialized in neuroscience and cognitive brain functionality - the human perspective in a digital world. Saleha is married and currently lives in London.
