Mitzi Reaugh is an established executive and public company board member having worked in technology, digital media, and consumer internet throughout her career. She has experience managing a global P&L and billions in international deal transactions including commercial relationships, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings.
Mitzi is currently is the CEO & Board Member for Jaunt leading the company’s growth of AR volumetric capture technology working with technology and media clients.
In addition, Mitzi serves on two public company boards: Harmonic (Nasdaq: HLIT) since 2012 and Entertainment One (LON: ETO) since 2016.
Earlier in her career, Mitzi was part of the NBC Universal team that formed and launched Hulu, the leading video streaming service where she managed content partners, distribution partners and a $100M investment from Providence Equity. She led Strategy & Business Development for film & TV studio Miramax, where she led the unprecedented $250M securitization of the Miramax film library and oversaw new business partnerships.
While at The Chernin Group, Mitzi was focused on new video SVOD platforms, helping to form the Otter Media JV with $500M investment from AT&T and supporting the acquisitions for two leading SVOD services, Crunchyroll and CreativeBug.
As an entrepreneur, Mitzi was the co-founder and CEO of GoodLooks, a marketplace of lifestyle experts including career/life coaches, personal trainers, nutritionists and personal stylists.
Mitzi holds an MBA in Finance & Strategic Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics, Claremont McKenna College.
She is also the Co-Founder and Board Advisor of FEME: Female Executives in Media and Entertainment (non-profit).
