Jim is a Partner at global consultancy, Q5. He has 20 years’ experience in leading strategic transformation and change programmes from conception through to ‘business as usual’ delivery.
Prior to his consulting career Jim worked at the BBC where he spent a decade in production management, working across factual output such as The People’s Century, Horizon and Trust Me I’m a Doctor. Having gained this production insight Jim moved into a central change role as the very W1A titled Director of Production Innovation. In that role he was tasked with delivering a number of initiatives across the TV divisions, often working closely with technology partners such as IBM, Siemens and Red Bee.
Since leaving the BBC in 2012 he has worked with senior executive teams across many media organisations (and most other industry sectors and functions) helping them to clarify goals and priorities, build the structures and develop the ways of working that will transform their businesses in the most practical way.
