As Viacom expands its international production footprint to the UK, Offman was recently appointed to lead VIS UK. Aside from oversight of linear programming, by working closely with Viacom Digital Studios International (VDSI), Offman continues to expand Comedy Central International’s library of digital short form content, having launched several global original series including Comedians Solve World Problems, Bad Snappers and Flaps.
Since 2017, Offman has overseen Paramount Network International, Viacom’s fastest growing international flagship brand, growing distribution +25%. By focusing on quality programming across all platforms, Paramount’s umbrella has expanded to include the SVoD service Paramount+, which recently launched in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland) and is also present in Central and Eastern Europe (Poland and Hungary). With regards to linear programming, Offman recently acquired season one and two of Yellowstone, as well as Waco and Emily in Paris, and is also focused on funding scripted development for the international pipeline, with several series in development.
Under Offman’s leadership, Paramount Network International is joining Viacom’s international flagship brands by breaking into the live events business. Recently, the network unveiled Mean Girls: The Movie and More, a live experiential event in London. Offman’s leadership has helped Comedy Central International see success with live events, such as Comedy Central Live and FriendsFest in the UK, and Comedy Central Fest in Latin America
As MD of Paramount Network, MTV and Comedy Central in the UK, Offman oversees all original commissions and acquisitions, as well as research, marketing, communications and creative.
