Since joining JOE Media in January 2018, James has contributed to its seismic growth working on winning pitches and delivering work for brands including adidas, Lynx, Disney, McDonalds, Ubisoft, Studio Canal, Warner Brothers, Jacamo, Frosty Jacks, FOX, Youtube, Jameson, XBox, Time To Change, Playstation, Oasis, Movember, McVities, and Recycle For London.   

As Senior Creative at Freud Communications and then Creative Director at Abundant, Way To Blue and John Doe PR, James acquired experience working on some of the world’s biggest consumer and entertainment brands.

James started his career juggling music journalism for the Essex Chronicle and as a runner for a Soho production company where his main role consisted of keeping the office stocked with Hobnobs.

James is also author of DARK: The A to Z OF Astronomy & The Cosmos, has his own Podcast DARK: Chats About Space, still plays in his old band, is husband of one and father of two.
