Yu-Ling Liang is Business Development Director at Tencent Cloud, driving business growth, strategic customer development and ecosystem partnerships. She works with leading enterprises to translate Tencent’s expertise in cloud, AI and the consumer internet into practical solutions that support digital transformation, new customer experiences and international growth.

With more than a decade of experience across media, entertainment and technology, Yu-Ling brings particular expertise at the intersection of content, platforms and digital innovation. At Tencent Cloud, she works closely with major customers and partners including Orange, supporting strategic initiatives such as the evolution of Orange Middle East and Africa’s Max Its super-app ecosystem.

Before joining Tencent Cloud, Yu-Ling held leadership roles at MokaStory, Rakuten Viki, ZEASN and Stingray iConcerts, spanning content strategy, licensing, OTT and international business development. She has worked with broadcasters, telecom operators, digital platforms and content owners across Europe and Asia, giving her a distinctive perspective on how technology is reshaping media, content distribution and audience engagement across markets.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and French, Yu-Ling brings a cross-cultural perspective to connecting businesses, technology and audiences across East and West.
