Xavier Ducloux

As the Senior Innovation Manager at Harmonic, Xavier Ducloux is in charge of monitoring technological breakthroughs and developing innovation in the video delivery domain, through proofs of concept, including technology and ecosystem partnerships.  

Xavier has 28 years of experience in the digital TV industry. He started his career working in radio propagation simulations for the French Defense Agency. Then, he joined the Thomson Group, where he led studies of video compression algorithms and the implementation for several generations of ASICs and HDTV encoder products.
