Future broadcasting is an ongoing theme in Tom's career. The design of future TV platforms formed the basis of his studies at art school, before he began his career at the BBC working on early prototypes for the emerging broadband video space. A key member of the team who introduced User Centred Design to the BBC, the subsequent 12 years have explored approaches to design process and creative problem solving, with the goal of creating uniquely useful and usable digital products.
