At Channel 4 Tia has supported the deployment of ad hoc live simulcast streaming to social media for the Channel's UK election coverage, as well as assisting with the development of FAST capabilities and more recently research into UHD and HDR. In addition, and as well as studying towards a degree in Broadcast Media Systems Engineering, she is currently Project Managing the IBC CAPA Accelerator workstream.
