Senior Scientist , Technicolor

Tania Pouli is a Senior Scientist at Technicolor in Rennes, France, where she has been working on VR, HDR and color related problems since 2013. After completing her PhD at the University of Bristol, UK and a postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics in Germany, she joined Technicolor to work on new solutions for color management and image enhancement, including Technicolor's Intelligent Tone Management solution, which was awarded the Advanced Imaging Society‘s Lumière award. Her research currently focuses on VR problems, helping post-production teams achieve a color managed workflow for their immersive projects and exploring novel solutions for VR content creation and enhancement. She actively contributes to the scientific community through conference and journal publications and she has co-authored a book on image statistics.
