Sofia Regojo

Sofia Regojo is Verimatrix’s Chief Revenue Officer. She leads our Global Sales & Account Management organization and is responsible for revenue growth and defining our go-to-market strategy. Sofia joined in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the Pay-TV, Video Streaming and Security industries. Prior to joining Verimatrix Sofia held global sales leadership roles at Kaltura and at Nagra. 

Sofia has lived in the UK, Portugal and Switzerland, speaks fluently four languages and has done business and led teams all over the globe. She brings the energy, experience and focus required to succeed in a global, rapidly changing business environment. 

A competitive Sailor since her youth, Sofia is well aware that the performance of teams is a function of cooperation, efficient communication and trust and makes these values her business mantra. Sofia is also a mentor and advisor to young women in tech and hopes sharing her experiences, successes and struggles will help other women grow and succeed.
