Sidharth Jayant

Sidharth Jayant (Sid) is the Chief Product Officer at Rakuten TV, his responsibilities include Product management, Business development and Operations.
During his 10+ years at Rakuten TV, he has helped the company build high quality apps for a variety of CE devices, expand the service from 2 to 40+ markets across Europe, launch new business models (advertising) with rapidly growing products (FAST) within and outside Rakuten TV's service, enhance exposure for Rakuten TV by brokering banded remote control buttons with top CE manufacturers and create a new line of Product (Rakuten TV Enterprise).

Prior to Rakuten TV, Sid worked with Samsung Electronics for 10 years in U.K., South Korea and India helping build Apps store proposition for Samsung CTVs across Europe.

Sid holds Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering
