Scott Rose is a broadcast and cloud-media product leader with deep experience in live video, media technology, and the transition to cloud-native operations. As a Lead Principal Product Manager, he is responsible for broadcast strategy at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), working with broadcasters and technology partners to make live production, contribution, media workflows, and distribution more scalable, resilient, cost-effective, and AI-enabled. His work brings together broadcast engineering realities with practical cloud infrastructure and an open, partner-led approach to industry transformation.
