Sahil Shah

Sahil Shah is the Founder and CEO of FlowState AI, a company building AI agents that understand video to automate complex media workflows. Flowstate helps broadcasters, publishers, sports organizations, and media companies accelerate content production through live video understanding, metadata generation, highlight creation, and archive retrieval.

Prior to founding Flowstate, Sahil spent nearly a decade building large-scale AI and computer vision systems at Waymo and Apple, where he worked on taking cutting-edge machine learning technologies from research into production at scale. Across more than 15 years in AI, computer vision, and software engineering, he has led the development of systems designed to process vast amounts of visual data with high accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.

At Flowstate, Sahil is focused on applying advances in multimodal AI, vision-language models, and agentic systems to solve real-world challenges in video. His team works with leading media organizations to automate workflows that have traditionally required significant manual effort, enabling faster content creation, improved discoverability of video assets, personalization and more efficient operations across media supply chain, broadcast and digital platforms.
