Sacha Blom

Sacha Blom has been a Women in Games ambassador since 2021. With her work in the Dutch game industry she has been actively working on diversity and inclusion and creating opportunities for others. She has been organizing portfolio reviews for students in collaboration with game studios to build a bridge between students and the industry. In her role as Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator at Paladin Studios, all these efforts came together as she led the hiring process for 3 years.
