Since entering the IPTV/OTT industry in 2003, Ruben has established himself as a pioneer in IP-based TV applications. He has worked for a number of big telecommunications and broadcast operators, often leading the Service Quality Management setup and Service Management efforts. As such, Ruben has a deep understanding of customer needs and the problems they face in their daily business.
