Richard's career in the media industry has spanned 35 years, starting as a broadcast engineer at the BBC, then progressing as a video editor and technical & operational manager to joint ownership of Fusion Post Production, a comprehensive broadcast post production facility in London.  For the past ten years, he has worked at Molinare, now the largest, privately owned post facility in the UK, offering complete creative services in all genres of feature film and television.  Recent work has included numerous 4K/UHD productions, including High Dynamic Range and Dolby Vision projects for both home entertainment and theatrical release.  Richard manages the technological development at Molinare and has worked in collaborative technical research projects, developing innovative file-based workflows and working closely with manufacturers to design new feature sets.   Has spoken at major national and international events at IBC, BVE, BAFTA, Dolby London and the London Film Festival, on subjects as diverse as stereoscopic post production, 4k workflows, HDR and technological development. Molinare is an award-winning Post Production Facility in Soho, London and is one of the most respected and established names in the industry, providing high end Digital Intermediate, Visual Effects, Sound Post Production and Post Production Project Management. The Molinare brand is recognised throughout the world of Feature Film and Broadcast Post Production, and the facility was named Best Post Production House at the Broadcast Awards 2012.
