Ricardo Moreira is VP of Sales at Scaleway, bringing over two decades of international leadership experience at the intersection of media technology, streaming, and cloud infrastructure.

Having spent the majority of his career driving sales and GTM strategy across EMEA for leading video, CDN, and Edge computing solutions (Broadpeak, Lumen Technologies, Streamroot, Arkena), Ricardo possesses a deep, hands-on understanding of the evolving video ecosystem—from broadcast and OTT to ISP delivery and peer-to-peer streaming. At Scaleway, he leverages this rich media heritage to empower tech enterprises with high-performance, scalable cloud infrastructure tailored to modern digital demands. Ricardo holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering from Grenoble INP and an MBA from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School.
