Regina Bernhaupt is Director of User Experience Design at ruwido and is a full professor at Eindhoven University of Technology. Her research has been on how to combine the physical and the digital world enabling customers to take the best out of the two worlds. Her main research is currently on service design from a customer-oriented perspective and how to design for the entertainment eco-system for the value shift we currently experience in society.
