Working with connectors, mavens & salespeople, Ray is a market-leading expert in broadcast strategy, content production, program scheduling, commercial planning & sustainable revenue generation. With 20+ years of experience in digital media - building audiences and delivering into numerous territories, across different platforms in multiple genres, Ray is an award winning TV producer who has worked with Fortune 500 brands and Multinational media conglomerates with their Digital go-to-market strategies. Ray's wide ranging experience and production contact base has been brought into UMG in his current capacity as EVP & Head of Universal Advanced Media, he manages the team that is designing, sourcing, building, managing and rolling out UAM as a significant global production services department that has been built to support UMG's Media & Content road map.
