Obsessed with the future, Rajneel believes anything is possible.  This has played a key part in building successful digital businesses for large organizations & start-ups in his career.He has always seen the possible where others see obstacles. A constantly optimistic attitude comes from a firm belief that if you always look at the world through the eyes of a child, you will find the answers in this ever-changing world. He believes when you blend beauty, curiosity, a deep understanding of your consumer with an understanding of tomorrow’s technology you create the products and services of the future. In his current role he Heads Product & Technology for the digital arm of Viacom18 Media in India where he has been instrumental in building an OTT service ‘Voot’ that has scaled to over 20mn MAU in a short time and is home to over 40K hours of premium content.  Along the way he has led many firsts and innovations in video content delivery & discovery.  Prior to joining Viacom18 he was heading a gaming studio and has been in the digital business for over 18 years.In his spare time, he is an ardent motorcycling and outdoors enthusiast.
