Rafał Fagas is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect at Media Press Group, where he has spent over 25 years shaping the company’s technology strategy. Based in Katowice, Poland, his core expertise spans artificial intelligence, data science, and complex system architecture. He began his career as a researcher in the Databases Department at the Silesian University of Technology before transitioning into the commercial tech industry.

With over 30 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying robust metadata systems, Rafał stands as one of Europe’s most seasoned CTOs. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided over 850 clients across the continent through intricate metadata challenges. He possesses a rare capability to seamlessly translate highly complex technical workflows into clear, actionable concepts for both deep-tech engineers and non-technical business stakeholders.

As Chief Architect, Rafał also spearheads Media Press's Innovation Roadmap. He brings 15 years of hands-on experience driving Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for cutting-edge solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), facial recognition, and advanced AI technologies.
