Pablo Guaglianone

Pablo Guaglianone is a senior commercial leader with 30+ years of experience in the telecom and media industry, focused on driving growth with service providers globally. He has led international sales and sales engineering organizations across devices, software, and services, covering home networks, fixed & mobile connectivity, and video platforms. Most recently, he served as SVP of Transformation in Vantiva and before SVP of Global Sales for Home Networks at CommScope, where he led worldwide sales to service providers across broadband, Wi-Fi, and in-home solutions. He previously held senior roles at CommScope, ARRIS, and Motorola, helping scale global commercial operations. Pablo began his career at Motorola and earlier worked as a consultant at Accenture. He currently advises companies on go-to-market strategy and commercial execution. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from ITBA and an MBA from IMD, and is based in Spain.
