Noëlla Neffati
Noëlla is a marketing and communications leader with 15 years’ experience at the intersection of sport, culture and entertainment. Based in Amsterdam, she works across international markets, shaping campaigns and platforms that connect brands with modern audiences.
She began her career at Marcel (Publicis Groupe), contributing to over 160 award-winning campaigns, including three D&AD Black Pencils and a Cannes Grand Prix. She later became Partner and Global Account Director at Victor & Simon, before co-founding the entertainment studio Human Humans.
At M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, she leads global partnerships including Heineken’s UEFA Women’s Champions League platform and works directly with UEFA on initiatives such as Gaming and UCL Fantasy.
Her work is rooted in M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment’s Fancom approach, connecting brands to people through the things they love and helping them move from advertising to participation within culture.
