Nitin Mittal

Mr. Nitin Mittal leads the Technology and Data functions for the Company and supports the digital pivot of the organization. He works closely with organization leaders and businesses to drive the tech/data transformation -lead strategic initiatives to embed technology; automation; AI/ML in all parts of the organization and drivethe key shifts required for becoming a data-first organization. Nitin has acted as a game-changer in many of his past stints - working with NPCI technology team to build the UPI framework for the country and working as the CTO of UIDAI on accelerating Aadhar coverage and launching DBT services. In addition to being a part of the team that has driven these social impact transformations, Nitin has worked in Standard Chartered; IBM, TESCO, BNY Mellon, Wipro and the Future Group. He has also founded and exited multiple companies like in deep tech, wealth tech, health tech and SME platform SOLV. Nitin’s expertise is in creating stakeholder value using technology innovation, delivering large scale data solutions, setting-up global shared service centres, incubating global practices for business model reboot using data analytics, Big Data technologies and new business architecture. In his multiple stints he has built and scaled digital business in Retail, Finance, E-commerce, FMCG, Healthcare, Insurance sectors and in E-Governance. Nitin is an Electronics & Telecommunication engineer from Nagpur University and an executive MBA from IIM Bangalore. Prior to joining us, Nitin was the Founder CEO & Board Members for SOLV which is company focussed on creating an open platform for B2B commerce, credit, payment, logistics and skilled workforce for the SME segment in India.
