Mukaddim Pathan is Manager of Media Portfolio – Technology & Architecture at Telstra, supporting consumer and enterprise Media services and platforms. His core and extended teams cover IPTV and online video solutions software architecture, and video acquisition and distribution network architecture, while conducting technology assessment, supplier selection, and capability development for emerging technologies such as Intelligent Content Pre-positioning, Real-time Network Awareness, Immersive Consumer Experience using LTE-Broadcast and 5G, and API-driven Service Orchestration for Media Optimized Network. He holds a PhD in Computer Science, and MBA in Strategy and Operations from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
