Mike Whittaker

Mike leads the technology strategy and architecture and the incredible team that has created the unique experiential space that is Outernet.  He and his team are responsible for the technology and operational activities that bring amazing work and experiences from brands and artists to the public.

Prior to joining Outernet, Mike was based in Hong Kong as CTO for Fox Networks Group Asia Pacific and MENA, and before that he worked with ITV on the successful launch of their PPV sports strategy and operation. As Director of Operations & Technology at SIS Mike led technology strategy and major operational transformation of the business including real-time data-gathering solutions for in-play sports coverage and the development and launch of fully automated live sports coverage.   Mike has also held senior global technology and operations roles at Technicolor, OSN and the BBC.

Mike is a Trustee of Rose Bruford College.
