Marina Magariños

Marina Magariños is a product leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling digital products in fintech, payments, and technology across Latin America and beyond.
She began her career at MercadoLibre, Latin America's leading tech company, where she spent 15+ years driving innovation across fraud prevention, payments, and lending — as Senior Product Manager at MercadoPago and Head of Product at Mercado Crédito, launching solutions across Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.
Following MELI, Marina led product and UX at the executive level across high-growth ventures: as CPO at PersonalPay (Telecom Argentina's digital wallet, launched from scratch in six months), VP of Product & UX at Mundi (a fintech platform for international trade), and currently as Head of Product & UX at Telecom Argentina.
Passionate about people and team development, She is also a mentor at UDESA Business School, where she supports the next generation of product and business leaders.
She holds an MBA from Universidad de San Andrés with an exchange at IE Business School (Madrid).
